When Rossum is the better fit
- You run a large accounts payable operation and want one platform for it, with an annual contract behind it.
- You need certified ERP integrations such as SAP or Coupa.
- Your team wants a validation screen where people review exceptions.
- Your procurement requires security certifications such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001. Yellowjacket has none.
When Yellowjacket is the better fit
- Your volumes don't justify an annual contract, or they come in bursts: you pay per job from credit.
- The work goes beyond invoices: contracts, supplier statements, receipts, questions about your data, all on the same credit.
- You want to see the price of each job before it runs, and what Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini would each charge to do it alone.
- You want the results in Excel, Word or JSON through an API, without an integration project.
Measured, not promised
Our figures come from paid runs graded against exact answers or lawyers' labels: 286 of 320 contract answers agreed with lawyers (Claude Opus alone: 284), and 93 of 95 real receipt photos exact (Opus alone: 92). We haven't tested Rossum, so we make no accuracy comparison with it. All benchmarks.
