Terms
Last updated 6 October 2026
These terms cover your use of Yellowjacket. By using the service you agree to them. Questions: hello@aiyellowjacket.com.
The service
Yellowjacket uses AI models to do work you describe, on documents and data you provide. AI can make mistakes. Every answer is checked by our software before you see it, but you remain responsible for reviewing results before relying on them for important decisions.
Credit and payment
- Work is paid from prepaid credit bought by card through Stripe. Before a job on your documents runs you see what it may cost; you are never charged more than the upper figure shown, and usually less.
- Pay as you go is optional. If you turn it on when buying credit, Stripe saves your card and we charge it the top-up amount you chose whenever your credit runs low or a job needs more, never more than your monthly limit in a calendar month. You can change the amounts or turn it off at any time in Settings; if a charge fails, automatic top-ups stop until you buy credit again.
- Unused credit stays in your workspace. Credit is not cash and can't be transferred to another workspace.
- If something went wrong with a charge, email us within 30 days and we will put it right. Nothing here limits any rights you have under consumer law.
Your content
What you upload and what we produce for you is yours. You give us permission to process it only to provide the service to you, as described on the Privacy page. Only upload content you have the right to use.
Fair use
Don't use the service to break the law, to harm others, to try to get into other people's accounts or data, or to disrupt the service. We may suspend a workspace that does, and will tell you why.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service running and your work safe, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes and ending
We may update these terms; if a change matters, we will say so on the site before it applies. You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your workspace.
